Enabling AI lens for your teams

For Team Owners and Team Admins.

Updated over 3 weeks ago

The AI Lens is powered by Ovida's advanced AI application, delivering near-human-level feedback on your meetings based on various analysis rubrics.

To enable access to AI Lens for users in your team, there are two requirements that must be met:

  1. AI lens must be enabled for your team

  2. The user's role group must have access AI lens

Enabling AI lens access for your team

  1. The AI lens is not enabled for your team by default.

  2. To check if the AI lens is enabled for your team, navigate to: My Teams > Roles and Permissions. If the AI Lens check boxes are greyed out, AI Lens is not enabled.

  3. To have it enabled for your team, please reach out to support@ovida.org.

If some users on your team can view the AI lens and other cannot, this means it is enabled for your team, and making it available to other users requires you to give those users access through the roles and permissions settings for the team.

Grant AI Lens access to users in your team using user roles

Once AI Lens has been enabled for your team, you control which user roles get visibility. Each user in your team is assigned a role. Learn more here.

You can select which user roles have access to the AI lens by navigating to: My Teams > Roles and Permissions. Check the boxes for the user roles you want to have access to the AI Lens.

How AI lens processing works

  • AI lens processing runs only on meetings that are allocated to a team which has AI lens enabled. To ensure that your meeting is allocated to the right team, follow these steps.

  • AI lens processing runs on completion of a meeting. If you want to run AI lens for meetings on a team that took place before the team gained access to AI lens, the Team Owner should contact Ovida support (support@ovida.io) - we can run this process manually for meetings that pre-date AI lens enablement.
