Notice: Changes to the Mentor Plan

Ovida is evolving to better serve our enterprise customers.

As of 16 February 2026, the standalone Mentor Plan is no longer available for new individual subscriptions. We have shifted our focus to integrated Business and Enterprise solutions to provide a more cohesive experience for our customers.

What this means for you:

  • New Users: Individual independent sign-ups are no longer supported via the website.

  • Existing Subscribers: If you are currently on a Mentor Plan, your service remains active. We will be reaching out to you directly to transition your subscription in the next few months.

  • You can manage your subscription through your [Account Dashboard].


Our Mentor Plan is tailored for supervisors and mentors who guide coaches. It helps streamline the review and analysis of coaching sessions, allowing mentors to focus more on applying their expertise and supporting coaches in engaging meaningfully with their clients to foster real, lasting change.

Key features for you as a Mentor

  • Clients conduct all sessions in Ovida's secure, bespoke video rooms, under your licence

  • Clients' sessions are automatically shared with you

  • Quickly get the gist of a session with AI summaries and actions, and the unique Ovida session timeline

  • Provide exceptional, timely feedback guided by our AI-generated moments and ICF competency markers

  • Empower your clients to take action on your feedback by sharing your custom learning Skills with them, to guide their practice and reflection (available per request at support@ovida.org)

  • Variable session pricing enables you to easily scale Ovida to fit your growing practice

Key features for your coaches

  • Accelerate their learning with AI-generated ICF competency assessments and Ovida coaching metrics

  • Support their reflective practice: Audio and video recordings and transcripts automatically generated for every session

  • Share sessions with a Mentor for mentoring or supervision.

  • Take action on your feedback by following the targeted learning Skills your mentor shares with you.


How Ovida works for Mentors

  • Step 1: Once you register for the Mentor Plan, you can begin adding team members you’ll be mentoring. We’ve created a simple guide to show you How to add team members to your team. Each team member will receive a tailored email invitation from Ovida with a link to activate their account and join your team. Members of your team will be able to book meetings with their clients on your account, consuming your meeting credits.

  • Step 2: If you would like the analysis to include AI Lens (ICF-PCC guidelines) drop as an email at support@ovida.org and we'll enable it on your account.

  • Step 3: Top Up team credits to ensure your team has enough credit to host their planned meetings. Learn how to top up credits here.

  • Step 4: Find their meetings on your Meetings page, access the AI analysis and provide valuable feedback. Find more about Meeting review page here.

  • Step 5: To view and manage your team members and monitor their progress, simply navigate to the Teams page or Team metrics page.


How Ovida works for coaches

  • Step 1: Invite a guest (client) and set them up for success by sharing this primer.

  • Step 2: Host a meeting with your guest in one of our highly secure video rooms. Your guests will appreciate the confidence they gain from our industry-leading commitment to Privacy and security.

  • Step 3: Review your meeting, guided by our AI-generated moments and insights.

  • Step 4: Add your own moments to highlight learnings or takeaways.

  • Step 5: Share your insights or feedback with your guest. Note that guest have to register on Ovida to review your meetings and gain control over their data.
