How do I upload a meeting recording?

Upload a pre-recorded audio file and get it assessed by Ovida

From the Meetings page, select Upload meeting file to add a pre-recorded audio/video file and get it assessed by Ovida.


Before you upload

  • You can upload both audio or video formats (we recommend audio files for faster uploading)

  • Two participants maximum

  • You’ll need a name or email to identify the other person


Steps

  1. Select Upload meeting file from the Meetings page, or from the Add meeting dialog on your Skills page.

  2. Upload your audio file.

  3. While Ovida transcribes the file, you will be asked to: enter a name or email for the other participant, confirm the meeting date and time, select a team to link to, and agree to the terms including consent for the other participant’s data.

  4. Wait for the progress bar to complete.

  5. Check the speaker names are correct. If they are the wrong way around, select Switch speakers.

  6. Select Save meeting.

If you close the browser before saving, your file is deleted within 8 hours and nothing is saved.
